Escape to this beautifully renovated apartment in Wilmington’s historic Cool Springs neighborhood! This cozy and stylish space boasts a super comfy king-size bed, modern amenities, and a prime location just minutes from downtown. (You will need to provide government-issued photo ID to us and a $500 security deposit may be charged at the host’s discretion)

HouseRules

*Tampering with security devices, such as video doorbells and security cameras , is a violation of our rental agreement. Guests will be cancelled and not refunded for tampering or disabling the cameras.

*Maximum of 2 guests allowed in the property at any time

*Guests not on the reservation must be cleared in writing via the Airbnb app prior to them entering the property. NO unauthorized guest allowed, failure to comply will result in termination of the reservation without refund and a $150 fine per guest over the amount shown on the reservation.

* Please no glitter in the house, it is exceedingly difficult to remove from the surfaces and will result in an extra cleaning charge ($500-$3,500)

*PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE ANYTHING IN THE UNIT, IF YOU SMOKE PLEASE DO OUTSIDE IN THE DRIVEWAY WITH ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED- WE PAY A MINIMUM OF $500 FOR SMOKE REMEDIATION THAT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU

*No gatherings or parties, please be aware of the other units in the building and the other buildings in the neighborhood and be a considerate neighbor
