Upstairs Bedrooms & Bathrooms: • Main Bedroom: A spacious retreat featuring a king-size bed, a 65″ 4K TV (Roku BYO streaming service), two closets, and a private four-piece ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and a walk-in shower. • Bedroom 2: A comfortable room with a queen-size bed, a 55″ 4K TV (Roku BYO streaming service), and a closet. • Bedroom 3: Another cozy room with a queen-size bed, a 55″ 4K TV (Roku BYO streaming service), and a closet. Access Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and laundry facilities. • Private Entrance: Enjoy the convenience and security of a private entrance with a keypad deadbolt. • Self Check-in: Your unique access code will be provided on the day of your arrival for a seamless self-check-in experience. Neighborhood The Holloway Terrace is a solid blue collar neighborhood first established in 1916 and is in the middle of a re-development boom. Mixed in with the original houses are a bunch of new construction homes, re-development started in the early 2000’s and has steadily continued. Depending on which way you are traveling the exit from I-295 is the first once crossing the Delaware Memorial Bridge or the last exit before crossing the bridge. Unfortunately due to the close proximity of I-295 you will drive past several low budget motels when entering the neighborhood (if following GPS). I always recommend that guests use the Route 9 Library & Innovation Center as the GPS address, then use the house address (it is .5 miles away from the Library). The people staying at the low budget hotels never seem to come into the neighborhood, it’s just not pleasant driving past them and can be alarming if you are not expecting it. Transit The house has parking, Uber and Lyft are readily available and it is a .5 mile walk to the closest bus station (New Castle Ave @ Hillview Ave Stop ID: 1776) Notes To ensure a secure and pleasant stay for all our guests, please take note of the following: • Guest Verification: We require a government-issued photo ID and your agreement to our terms and conditions before check-in is finalized. • Security Deposit: Please be aware that a security deposit of $1,500 may be charged at the host’s discretion as part of our standard security procedure. Guests will be cancelled and not refunded for tampering or disabling the cameras. * Absolutely no shoes in the house! Stilettos and high heels are the nemesis of hardwood floors, but any shoe can have a small rock trapped in the tread and do serious damage to hardwood floors. Repairs to the floors are expensive, starting at around $2,500!!! *Maximum of 6 guests allowed in the property at any time *Guests not on the reservation must be cleared in writing via the Airbnb app prior to them entering the property. NO unauthorized guest allowed, failure to comply will result in termination of the reservation without refund and a $150 fine per guest over the amount shown on the reservation. * Please no glitter in the house, it is exceedingly difficult to remove from the surfaces and will result in an extra cleaning charge ($500-$3,500) *PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE , IF YOU SMOKE PLEASE DO OUTSIDE IN THE DRIVEWAY WITH ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED- WE PAY A MINIMUM OF $2,500 FOR SMOKE REMEDIATION THAT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU *Please do not park on the street, if you must please park on the house side of the street. *No gatherings or parties, please be aware of the other homes in the neighborhood and be a considerate neighbor *Please wash, dry and put away all dishes before checking out * take trash and recycling to the can on the other side of the garage, nothing loose in the can, everything must be bagged
