This charming 2nd floor walk-up apartment in a historic Wilmington building offers a unique blend of old-world character and modern comfort. Immerse yourself in the city’s rich history while enjoying the convenience of modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi and stainless steel appliances. (You will need to provide government-issued photo ID to us and a $750 security deposit may be charged at the host’s discretion)

*Tampering with security devices, such as video doorbells and security cameras , is a violation of our rental agreement. Guests will be cancelled and not refunded for tampering or disabling the cameras.

*Maximum of 4 guests allowed in the property at any time

*Guests not on the reservation must be cleared in writing via the Airbnb app prior to them entering the property. NO unauthorized guest allowed, failure to comply will result in termination of the reservation without refund and a $150 fine per guest over the amount shown on the reservation.

* Please no glitter in the house, it is exceedingly difficult to remove from the surfaces and will result in an extra cleaning charge ($500-$3,500)

*PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE ANYTHING IN THE UNIT, IF YOU SMOKE PLEASE DO OUTSIDE IN THE DRIVEWAY WITH ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED- WE PAY A MINIMUM OF $500 FOR SMOKE REMEDIATION THAT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU

*No gatherings or parties, please be aware of the other units in the building and the other buildings in the neighborhood and be a considerate neighbor

*Please wash, dry and put away all dishes before checking out

*This unit has the original windows, they have not been replaced due to the property being on the Historic Registry. They make noise when the wind blows and occasionally let bugs in
