Gourmet Kitchen: Features sleek white cabinetry, matte black hardware, and sprawling marble-veined quartz countertops. The breakfast bar is perfect for morning coffee or casual entertaining.
Designer Lounge: Flooded with natural light, the living area features a plush leather sofa, a large-screen Roku TV (BYOE), and high-vaulted ceilings that make the space feel incredibly airy.

We offer three distinct, high-comfort sleeping experiences:
The Main Suite: A sanctuary of calm featuring a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, and a massive ceiling fan. The “Risk Not Regret” artwork adds a touch of modern inspiration to your morning routine.
The “Flex Suite” (Queen + Full Loft): This unique room is designed for ultimate versatility, perfect for families, friends, or those who just want extra space.
The Main Floor: A comfortable Queen-sized bed with its own dedicated Roku TV(BYOE).
The Secret Loft: Accessible via a removable ladder, the loft features a Full-size mattress, its own private Roku TV (BYOE), and a dedicated fan for a cozy, “clubhouse” feel.
Safety First: Traveling with toddlers? The loft ladder is completely removable, allowing you to secure the area and use the room as a standard Queen bedroom if preferred.
🍸 The “Speakeasy” Basement
Head downstairs to find your private lounge. This “moody” retreat features a circular velvet daybed (perfect for naps or reading), a high-top bistro set for drinks, and textured 3D wall art, and Roku TV(BYOE). It’s the perfect spot to disconnect from the world.
☀️ The Outdoor hangout
The interior luxury flows seamlessly outside to a massive, custom-built composite deck.
Al Fresco Dining: A full outdoor dining set sits atop a stylish striped rug, surrounded by greenery and easy access to the driveway
Charcoal Grill: We provide a charcoal grill for guest use. Please note: To keep our rates competitive, our cleaners do not service or clean the grill (also helps keep the sheets white!!), and guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal. We kindly ask that you leave the grill in the condition you found it for the next traveler! We do have a storage bin for Charcoal that is water tight for storage outside (PLEASE DON’T BRING IT INSIDE)
Access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and laundry facilities.

• Self Check-in: Your unique access code will be provided on the day of your arrival for a seamless self-check-in experience.

• Security Deposit: Please be aware that a security deposit of $1,500 may be charged at the host’s discretion as part of our standard security procedure.

(We require ID, signed agreement and a $1,500 security deposit may be charged at the host’s discretion)
HouseRules
*Tampering with security devices, such as video doorbells and security cameras , is a violation of our rental agreement. Guests will be cancelled and not refunded for tampering or disabling the cameras.
* Absolutely no shoes in the house! Stilettos and high heels are the nemesis of hardwood floors, but any shoe can have a small rock trapped in the tread and do serious damage to hardwood floors. Repairs to the floors are expensive, starting at around $2,500!!!
*Maximum of 6 guests allowed in the property at any time
*Guests not on the reservation must be cleared in writing via the Airbnb app prior to them entering the property. NO unauthorized guest allowed, failure to comply will result in termination of the reservation without refund and a $150 fine per guest over the amount shown on the reservation.
* Please no glitter in the house, it is exceedingly difficult to remove from the surfaces and will result in an extra cleaning charge ($500-$3,500)
*PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE , IF YOU SMOKE PLEASE DO OUTSIDE IN THE DRIVEWAY WITH ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED- WE PAY A MINIMUM OF $2,500 FOR SMOKE REMEDIATION THAT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU
*Please do not park on the street, if you must please park on the Emma side of the house with your wheels on the sidewalk as to not block the street.
*No gatherings or parties, please be aware of the other homes in the neighborhood and be a considerate neighbor
*Please wash, dry and put away all dishes before checking out
* take trash and recycling to the can, nothing loose in the can, everything must be bagged
